The Workspace offers two desk options for professionals seeking a workspace that prioritises quality over capacity. Both come with the same level of care, the same access to amenities, and the same belief that environment shapes output. The difference is in how you work, and what you need from the space.
We keep the space intentionally small, so every desk holder contributes to the calm, professional atmosphere. If you're looking for somewhere considered to do meaningful work, we'd love to hear from you.
WHO THIS IS FOR
The Workspace is best suited to service providers, consultants, and established business owners who do focused work and occasionally need to host. It is not designed for people who spend most of their day on calls — we keep the main space quiet by design, and the meeting room is there when you need to be on screen or host in person.
Part-time membership
For those who mostly work from home but want a reliable, considered place to come in a few days a week. Choose either two or three days — your days are assigned at signup and stay consistent so you always know where you stand.
6 month minimum term, billed monthly. Personal items cannot be left on desks overnight. Limited availability — by application only.

Access to a shared desk on your assigned days, with ergonomic chair and monitor
Building access from 7am to 6pm on your assigned days
High-speed Wi-Fi and free printing
Local espresso coffee, tea, and milk (regular and oat milk)

3 days per week: $135 + GST per week
Resident membership
For those who want a permanent base. Somewhere to set up properly, host clients when needed, and be part of the daily rhythm of the space.

If you do focused, independent work and value a calm, professional environment, probably yes. The Workspace is designed for service providers, consultants, and established business owners who get their heads down and occasionally need to host. If your day is mostly video calls or you need a loud, collaborative atmosphere, it is probably not the right fit due to the size. We will be looking at expanding The Workspace in the future that will accommodate these needs.

You do not need a desk membership for that. The meeting room is available to book by the hour — just head to our meeting room page.

If a full or part time membership is more than you need, our casual desk pass lets you book a desk by the day during staffed hours with no commitment required. Because permanent desk holders take priority, casual availability is limited and not always guaranteed.

Permanent desk holders have their own dedicated desk but we ask that surfaces are cleared at the end of each day. There is no general storage at The Workspace.

You are welcome to request a swap to another available day that same week, subject to availability. Just let us know in advance.

Free parking is available directly outside on Market Place.

The main workspace is kept quiet for focused work, so all calls should be taken in the meeting room or the open foyer area. As a dedicated desk holder, the meeting room is yours to book.
