A private space designed for the conversations that matter

The meeting room seats up to 4 people comfortably and is available to book by the hour. The setup prioritises comfort and focus — natural light, quality seating, and a layout that works whether you're presenting to clients or working through ideas with your team.

You can book online and show up, but we recommend scheduling a brief induction first. You can contact us here.

    • Hours & Booking: Available 9am-5pm weekdays (extended hours by arrangement). Book directly through our online calendar.

    • Coffee & Refreshments: Havoc Coffee beans, Breville machine, locally made mugs by Ivan Vostinar. Oat and regular milk available. Tea and still water also available.

    • The Essentials: A 55” TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Everything you need to host well.

    • House Keeping: In true Kiwi fashion, we ask that you clean as you go. Coffee cups go in the dishwasher, surfaces get wiped down. Please leave it as you found it.

    • Hourly: $23 +GST per half hour (30 minutes)

    • Casual desk + 1hr meeting room — $50 + GST

      Rent a desk for the day, plus one guaranteed hour in the meeting room for you and your client.

Frequently asked questions

  • The room is yours for the hour. That includes the 55" screen, connection cables, comfortable seating for up to four people, and access to the kitchenette — help yourself to the coffee machine, tea, and water for you and your guests.

  • The meeting room is designed for in-person meetings and presentations, not video calling. If you need to present work, walk a client through a proposal, or host a focused conversation, it is the right space for that.

  • Online, via the booking system on our website. It is open to everyone — members and the public alike. Just pick your time and confirm your booking.

  • The booking system runs in half-hour increments. If you are booking anything over a half day, get in touch. We have a discount for longer bookings.

  • The booking starts and ends on time — the room may be needed immediately after yours. Please be prompt. Repeat issues may affect your ability to book in future.

  • You can book online and show up — the process is straightforward. That said, we recommend popping in beforehand or getting in touch with our team so we can walk you through the space. It makes for a smoother experience on the day.

  • Please leave the room exactly as you found it — chairs back in place, table cleared, cables stored, bench wiped down if you used the coffee machine.

  • All bookings are paid upfront and non-refundable. Please make sure you can commit to your booking before confirming it.
